Ingredients
- 2 large whole tomatoes
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese, skim
- 1/3 cup zesty italian dressing, fat free
- 6 slices, thin red onion
- 1/2 cup slices cucumber
- 6 leaves basil
Directions
- Cut both large tomatoes into 6 slices of tomato each.
- Place the 6 of the tomato slices separately on a plate and top each with a cheese slice. Drizzle with half of the Italian dressing.
- Then top each one with an onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and the second tomato slice.
- Drizzle the rest of the dressing over the 6 stackers and top each one with a basil leaf.
