  • 1 lb green snap beans
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 1/2 tbsps butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 0.12 tsp black pepper
  • 3 dashes sea salt

Directions

  • Blanche the beans in boiling water for about two minutes. Take out of the water.
  • In a small frying pan, melt butter and add garlic cloves,
  • Let brown. Add the beans and spices and cook until crisp.
