Ingredients

  • 12 oz shrimp shell on
  • 3 tbsps tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp iodized salt
  • 2 tbsps basil, chopped
  • 9 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 7 tsps minced garlic
  • 4 tbsps olive oil

Directions

  • Place shrimp in a strainer and run cold water on them for 5-7 minutes.
  • Heat up the olive oil and minced garlic in a pan for about a minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Add the shrimp and stir fry until it all turns orange in color.
  • Add the grape tomatoes, basil, ketchup and salt.
  • Stir fry until all ingredients are mixed well with the shrimp.
  • Cover and simmer until shrimp shells are transparent in color.
  • Serve hot with brown rice or just as is.
