Ingredients

  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce

Directions

  • Mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
  • Pour marinade into a large Ziploc bag.
  • Place the pork chops into the bag, squeeze out most of the air, seal, and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over about halfway through.
  • Broil on high heat on a broiling pan for about 5 minutes per side. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.
