An easy to make light soup served cold that's very refreshing and super yummy.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable juice
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, pepper, onions, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper in a large glass or stainless-steel bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold.
