  • 3 tbsps peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 83 g simply granola oats, honey & almonds

Directions

  • Blend granola with peanut butter and egg.
  • Spread on parchment paper.
  • Cover with another piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to form large rectangle about 1/4 “ thick.
  • Use knife to score bars approx 1 1/2 “ x 3”. Should yield 8.
  • Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 min.
