- 4 cups whole grain extra thick rolled oats
- 1/4 cup walnut halves & pieces
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup roasted & salted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsps 100% pure raw & unfiltered honey
- 4 tbsps 100% maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Mix the coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Add the oats, nuts, and seeds.
- Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 25 minutes. Add the dried cranberries when mixing half way through.
