  • 4 cups whole grain extra thick rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves & pieces
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup roasted & salted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsps 100% pure raw & unfiltered honey
  • 4 tbsps 100% maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  • Mix the coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  • Add the oats, nuts, and seeds.
  • Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 25 minutes. Add the dried cranberries when mixing half way through.
