  • 8 oz chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup, seedless grapes
  • 1 oz dill
  • 3 dashes pepper
  • 3 dashes salt
  • 2 oz mustard

Directions

  • Coarsely chop chicken breast (for a twist grill it first in stead of broil) or use a food processor.
  • Half the grapes.
  • Add all ingredients and blend well with a fork.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce or a whole grain bun.
