Ingredients
- 1 head cos lettuce
- 15 cherries tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small red pepper cut into strips
- 1 small red onion, cut into rings
- 15 small black olives
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 dash salt, to taste
- 1 dash pepper, to taste
- 100 g feta cheese
Directions
- Place all salad ingredients into a bowl and crumble over feta cheese.
- Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
