Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 10 kalamata olives
  • 10 cooked shrimp
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup english cucumber
  • 8 oz boneless salmon
  • 2 medium whole tomatoes
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tsps ground oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsps oil and vinegar salad dressing (home recipe)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions

Directions

  • Slice vegetables and feta cheese. Put in a bowl together with olives.
  • Toss in salad dressing, salt, pepper, and oregabo.
  • Heat a skillet with olive oil. Cook salmon in for 3-5 minutes on the first side.
  • Flip and cook on the second side for another 3-5 minutes.
  • While cooking the second side of the salmon, add shrimp to the skillet and cook until the color changes to orange.
  • Remove seafood from heat and allow to rest for a minute.
  • Place warm salmon and shrimp on top of the salad and serve.
