Ingredients

  • 21 oz ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese
  • 4 Kaiser rolls
  • 5 tsp sweet & spicy Tabasco

Directions

  • Place turkey, 3 tablespoons of the Tabasco, green onions and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Form 4 patties and refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  • Cook burgers about 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Place burgers on a Kaiser roll, and top with remaining sweet and spicy Tabasco.
