Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 breast, bone and skin removed chicken breast

Directions

  • Season chicken breast with rosemary, parsley and olive oil.
  • Grill chicken until white or cooked thoroughly.
  • In a large steam pot, steam peas until semi soft.
  • Sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in saucepan until brown.
  • Put peas on plate once steamed. Place grilled chicken over peas. Smother chicken with mushrooms.
