Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 10 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 oz ginger minced
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until brown and skim fat.
  • Add curry powder, garlic, ginger and tomatoes and fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Add cinnamon and cilantro, stir and add water, salt to taste.
  • Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat to blend flavors. Serve over rice.
