- 8 large eggs
- 1 fl oz water
- 4 oz chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
- 1 sprig chopped cilantro
Directions
- Beat eggs and water in medium bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 9" pie plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F (175° C) or until top is golden brown.
