  • 1 sprig chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 fl oz water
  • 1 cup shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Beat eggs and water in medium bowl.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
