- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups black beans
- 8 oz ham
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 cups chicken broth
Directions
- Spray skillet with Pam or other non calorie spray and sauté onion, garlic & celery.
- Add all other ingredients, simmer 10 minutes. Enjoy!
