  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3 cups black beans
  • 8 oz ham
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 8 cups chicken broth

Directions

  • Spray skillet with Pam or other non calorie spray and sauté onion, garlic & celery.
  • Add all other ingredients, simmer 10 minutes. Enjoy!
