- 5 cups water
- 3 tsps bouillon cubes
- 3 stalks large celery
- 4 large carrots
- 1 cup tomato soup
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp crumbled bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 medium onion
Directions
- Brown ground beef.
- When nearly browned, add onion.
- Drain well.
- Combine ground beef with remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 2 hours.
