Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 10-16 liquid stevia peppermint drops

Directions

  • Place avocado, spinach, protein powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the liquid stevia peppermint drops, extract, and ice, and blend until thick.
  • Taste and adjust stevia, as needed.
