Ingredients
- 21 oz ground beef
- 7 cups organic diced tomatoes
- 3 1/2 cups kidney beans
- 3 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 6 oz sweet onions, chopped
- 3 medium celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2 tbsps chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsps leaves basil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 3/4 cups black beans
Directions
- Brown ground beef and drain fat.
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir to mix ingredients.
- Cook at high for 1 hour and turn down too low for 3 hours.
