Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 medium celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups kidney beans
  • 3 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 7 cups organic diced tomatoes
  • 1 3/4 cups black beans
  • 1 1/2 tsps leaves basil
  • 2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 21 oz ground beef
  • 6 oz sweet onions, chopped

Directions

  • Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir to mix ingredients.
  • Cook at high for 1 hour and turn down too low for 3 hours.
