  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 56 oz diced tomatoes
  • 28 oz ranch style beans
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 3 tbsps chili powder
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes

Directions

  • Brown ground beef in large Dutch oven.
  • Place all ingredients into the Dutch oven.
  • Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
