  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 4 tbsps honey

Directions

  • Put carrot in a deep bowl (make sure to have enough carrots for each person to have 3/4 cup serving).
  • Mix carrots with the olive oil and honey evenly.
  • Add some salt and pepper if desired or any other spices like dill or oregano if you wish.
  • Put in slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Any left-overs can be refrigerated for the next night.
