  • 2 small whole tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 oz red onion (thinly sliced wedge)
  • 2 strips green bell pepper, diced
  • 10 Kalamata olives
  • 2 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano leaves

Directions

  • Wash tomatoes and cucumbers, let dry. Cut and slice tomatoes, onion wedge, and cucumbers, then place in large bowl.
  • Add olives and chunks of Feta cheese.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano, then toss gently.
