- 2 small whole tomatoes
- 3/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 oz red onion (thinly sliced wedge)
- 2 strips green bell pepper, diced
- 10 Kalamata olives
- 2 oz feta cheese
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
Directions
- Wash tomatoes and cucumbers, let dry. Cut and slice tomatoes, onion wedge, and cucumbers, then place in large bowl.
- Add olives and chunks of Feta cheese.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano, then toss gently.
