  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsps sambal oelek
  • 2 tsps chicken base
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsps white wine vinegar
  • 4 oz boneless pork loin, cooked
  • 1 1/2 stir fry mixed vegetables
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 oz portabella mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  • Mix chicken base with xanthan gum. Add water and soy sauce and mix well.
  • Add remaining ingredients except for egg. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  • In a small bowl, scramble the egg and pour it into the soup while stirring in one direction.
  • Let simmer for a few minutes more and enjoy.
