- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash sea salt
- 2 cups chick peas
Directions
- Drain and rinse the chick peas.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Note: If additional liquid is needed to achieve a smooth creamy product add a tablespoon of water at a time until you have the right consistency.
