  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 cups chick peas
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml lemon juice

Directions

  • Drain and rinse the chick peas.
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  • Note: If additional liquid is needed to achieve a smooth creamy product add a tablespoon of water at a time until you have the right consistency.
