  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Cook spinach, garlic and oil until spinach is tender but still green about 3 minutes.
  • Blend chick peas in a blender or food processor until creamy.
  • Add spinach mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend well and serve with chips, crackers, or even as a spread on a sandwich.
