- 1 3/4 cups chick peas
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Cook spinach, garlic and oil until spinach is tender but still green about 3 minutes.
- Blend chick peas in a blender or food processor until creamy.
- Add spinach mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend well and serve with chips, crackers, or even as a spread on a sandwich.
