Ingredients
- 6 tsps ginger, minced
- 2 tsps crumbled bay leaves
- 2 tsps paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 1/2 tsps ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Mince or press garlic then combine with ginger and jalapenos in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, bay leaves and spices.
- Marinate chicken or turkey for several hours.
