  • 6 tsps ginger, minced
  • 2 tsps crumbled bay leaves
  • 2 tsps paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 tsps ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

  • Mince or press garlic then combine with ginger and jalapenos in a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, bay leaves and spices.
  • Marinate chicken or turkey for several hours.
