- 1/4 cup sun dried tomato halves
- 16 oz canellini beans
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
- 2 tbsps olive oil
Directions
- Rinse and drain the beans.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Note: for a thinner consistency add 1 tablespoon of water at a time.
