  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 1 slice mozzarella
  • 2 medium slices tomato
  • 3 slices capocollo
  • 2 slices salami
  • 1 slice ham

Directions

  • Assemble meats and topping on favorite bread.
  • Brush one side with olive oil and place on heated panini grill.
  • Brush top side with oil and close the press. Cook till the cheese is melted.
