- 1 tsp olive oil
- 5 basil leaves
- 2 slices cucumber
- 1 slice mozzarella
- 2 medium slices tomato
- 3 slices capocollo
- 2 slices salami
- 1 slice ham
Directions
- Assemble meats and topping on favorite bread.
- Brush one side with olive oil and place on heated panini grill.
- Brush top side with oil and close the press. Cook till the cheese is melted.
