Ingredients

  • 16 oz whole wheat rotini
  • 1 medium whole tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 3 oz black olives, sliced (1/2 can)
  • 3 oz green olives, sliced (1/2 jar)
  • 3 oz turkey pepperoni
  • 2 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, reduced fat (1/2 cup)
  • 6 oz italian dressing, lite

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and run cold water over.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Chill before serving.
