Italian Turkey Sausage & Vegetable Soup

  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 14 1/2 oz italian stewed tomatoes
  • 15 oz kidney beans
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 can yellow sweet corn
  • 16 oz turkey sausage
  • 4 oz whole wheat angel hair pasta

Directions

  • Cook turkey sausage in a large non-stick sauce pan.
  • Add broth, crushed tomatoes and stewed tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add corn and kidney beans. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Break dry angel hair pasta and add to soup. Simmer 10 minutes.
