Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup panko japanese style bread crumbs
- 2 tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 oz original cream cheese
- 6 tbsps diced jalapeno peppers
- 3/4 cup natural shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 tbsp half & half
Directions
- Combine salt, spices, half & half, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Coat with flour, dip in beaten egg, then cover with panko.
- Line the air fryer tray with parchment paper and preheat to 390°F.
- Place balls in the tray. Make sure they have a little bit of space in between each one. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
