  • 12 oz raw shrimp, without shell
  • 3 tsps minced garlic
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 small young green onions
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 14 oz Polish sausage, cooked

Directions

  • Precook rice.
  • Brown onion, celery, and garlic on the stove top.
  • Add sausage and shrimp.
  • Add Cajun spices.
  • Sauté 5 minutes.
  • Add rice and beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
