- 12 oz raw shrimp, without shell
- 3 tsps minced garlic
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3 small young green onions
- 2 cups white rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 14 oz Polish sausage, cooked
Directions
- Precook rice.
- Brown onion, celery, and garlic on the stove top.
- Add sausage and shrimp.
- Add Cajun spices.
- Sauté 5 minutes.
- Add rice and beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
