Ingredients
- 1 cup shoyu soy sauce, lower salt
- 1 cup sesame seed oil
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 tbsp green onions
- 3 tsps garlic
- 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 lbs beef short ribs, thinly sliced
Directions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, stirring until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Place ribs in a pan and pour marinade mixture over them.
- Marinate at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
- Grill ribs over a charcoal fire or broil.
