Ingredients

  • 1 cup shoyu soy sauce, lower salt
  • 1 cup sesame seed oil
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 tbsp green onions
  • 3 tsps garlic
  • 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 lbs beef short ribs, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, stirring until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  • Place ribs in a pan and pour marinade mixture over them.
  • Marinate at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
  • Grill ribs over a charcoal fire or broil.
