Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
  • Melt cream cheese and Colby jack in the microwave for 1 minute, mix until combined (microwave longer of needed).
  • Add almond flour, baking powder and egg, mix with spoon until roughly combined then by hand until fully combined.
  • Slit into 4 and plop on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Let sit until almost cool (or they will be ultra mushy).
