- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 cup low moisture part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour blanched
Directions
- Add seasoning to flour and stir.
- Melt cheese and add to flour mix.
- Mix together well until dough-like ball forms.
- Roll flat to 1/4" thick.
- Cut into triangles and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Cook at 350 for 15 minutes until crisp.
