  • 1 cup low moisture part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash salt

Directions

  • Add seasoning to flour and stir.
  • Melt cheese and add to flour mix.
  • Mix together well until dough-like ball forms.
  • Roll flat to 1/4" thick.
