Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup Irish butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 40-64 drops liquid stevia
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
- Add all liquid ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until very well combined.
- Roll dough into 15 evenly sized balls and place onto well greased baking sheet.
- Place into the oven for 5 minutes and remove.
- Press dough with fork to create cookie shape.
- Place back into the oven for 18-20 minutes to finish baking.
- Remove from baking and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
