  • 2 1/4 cups almond flour blanched
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 large brown cage free eggs
  • 5 ml organic apple cider vinegar
  • 60 ml heavy whipping cream ultra pasteurized
  • 84 g calorie-free sweetener

Directions

  • Grease donut pans, preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix dry ingredients together well.
  • Mix wet ingredients together well.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients together until just blended.
  • Spoon batter into ziplock bag, cut off tip/end of bottom corner and squeeze into donut pans. Do not fill all the way, to leave room for rise.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.
  • Let cool.
