  • 14 oz kimchee
  • 3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken
  • 1 cup straw mushrooms
  • 2 tsps ginger root
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Directions

  • Combine kimchee, chicken broth, ginger root and chicken and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes until chicken is done.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer for another 10 minutes. Enjoy.
