Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsps tomato catsup
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 24 oz 93/7 lean ground beef

Directions

  • Combine catsup, mustard, and honey for topping and set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and put into a small loaf pan.
  • Spread topping on meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour.
