Ingredients
- 3 tbsps yellow mustard
- 3 tbsps tomato catsup
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup quick oats
- 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 24 oz 93/7 lean ground beef
Directions
- Combine catsup, mustard, and honey for topping and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients and put into a small loaf pan.
- Spread topping on meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour.
