  • 3 tbsps almond slivers
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 4 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 lemon yields lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp shredded lemon peel
  • 2 tbsp plain green yogurt
  • 3 tbsps light mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions

  • In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon peel, lemon juice and ginger.
  • Add broccoli, red onion and cranberries. Toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with almond slivers.
