  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed

Directions

  • Cook bulgur wheat as per packet instructions.
  • Once cooked add zest of lemon and juice of the lemon.
  • Crush some garlic and add some herbs (to taste, such as lemony mint, thyme or parsley).
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Serve and enjoy!
