  • 16 oz turkey breast cutlets
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Flatten turkey cutlets to 1/8" thickness.
  • Dredge in flour, salt, pepper and sage. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add cutlets and cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
