  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 oz splenda
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, lowfat
  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • Beat eggs.
  • Add milk.
  • Add baking soda.
  • Add vegetable oil.
  • Mix well.
  • Add sugar substitute and mix.
  • Add flour mix.
  • Cook over medium heat until brown. Flip over and repeat.
