Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 oz splenda
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk, lowfat
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Add milk.
- Add baking soda.
- Add vegetable oil.
- Mix well.
- Add sugar substitute and mix.
- Add flour mix.
- Cook over medium heat until brown. Flip over and repeat.
