- 1 1/4 cups almond meal flour
- 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsps dried whole sesame seeds
- 3/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Boil the water. Preheat the oven to 300 °F.
- Mix all the dry ingredients with the egg whites.
- Add vinegar.
- Add the boiling water to create a choux-like pastry.
- Form patties the size of an English muffin.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
