  • 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsps dried whole sesame seeds
  • 3/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Boil the water. Preheat the oven to 300 °F.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients with the egg whites.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Add the boiling water to create a choux-like pastry.
  • Form patties the size of an English muffin.
  • Bake for 50 minutes.
