Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 oz garlic
- 2 tbsps leaves basil
- 4 tsps ground oregano
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 3 oz onion
Directions
- Pre-heat oven on 370 °F (185 °C).
- Chop onions and shred or mince garlic. Mix well all ingredients in recipe together. Except water.
- Form two loafs. Lay on oven safe cooking dish. Pour water around loafs.
- Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done (try with skewer if blood is coming out when poke it in loaf).
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
- Note: tastes good cold or hot with mustard.
