Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsps leaves basil
  • 4 tsps ground oregano
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 oz garlic
  • 3 oz onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 lbs ground beef

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven on 370 °F (185 °C).
  • Chop onions and shred or mince garlic. Mix well all ingredients in recipe together. Except water.
  • Form two loafs. Lay on oven safe cooking dish. Pour water around loafs.
  • Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done (try with skewer if blood is coming out when poke it in loaf).
  • Serve with your favorite side dish.
  • Note: tastes good cold or hot with mustard.
