- 16 oz ground beef
- 3 medium scallions
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps flaxseed meal
Directions
- Chop scallions and mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Round meat between palms to make meatballs any size you'd like.
- Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.
- Fry meat balls on each side until brown.
- Covering the meatballs while they cook will make them cook a bit faster.
