Ingredients

  • 16 oz ground beef
  • 3 medium scallions
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps flaxseed meal

Directions

  • Chop scallions and mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Round meat between palms to make meatballs any size you'd like.
  • Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.
  • Fry meat balls on each side until brown.
  • Covering the meatballs while they cook will make them cook a bit faster.
