Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps white flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10.4 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tbsps salted butter
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard seed

Directions

  • Boil pasta according to package directions.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir until combined. Add milk and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add ground mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir pasta into sauce and serve.
