Ingredients
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard seed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 2 tbsps white flour
- 2 tbsps salted butter
- 10.4 oz pasta shells
Directions
- Boil pasta according to package directions.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir until combined. Add milk and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add ground mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir pasta into sauce and serve.
