- 454 g 100% durum wheat spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta noodles according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain, and return the pasta to the pot.
- Place marinara, cottage cheese, and parmesan in a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the sauce on top of the cooked pasta and toss until combined and heated through.
- Serve on a plate immediately.
