  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Directions

  • Cook pasta noodles according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain, and return the pasta to the pot.
  • Place marinara, cottage cheese, and parmesan in a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the sauce on top of the cooked pasta and toss until combined and heated through.
