  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tbsps blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsps horseradish
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 10 potatoes

Directions

  • Peel potatoes, boil for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain, let stand for 1 minute.
  • Add potatoes back to the pot, add butter and mash until no lumps are left.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
