- 2 tsps horseradish
- 2 tbsps blue cheese
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 10 cloves garlic
- 10 potatoes
Directions
- Peel potatoes, boil for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain, let stand for 1 minute.
- Add potatoes back to the pot, add butter and mash until no lumps are left.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
