  • 32 oz ground venison
  • 3 cups pasta sauce
  • 1 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsps sugar
  • 4 tsps ground oregano
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried garlic flakes

Directions

  • Brown venison and add seasonings while browning.
  • Add sauce and celery.
  • Let simmer and season to taste.
