- 32 oz ground venison
- 3 cups pasta sauce
- 1 fl oz lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsps sugar
- 4 tsps ground oregano
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried garlic flakes
Directions
- Brown venison and add seasonings while browning.
- Add sauce and celery.
- Let simmer and season to taste.
