A fantastic burger that tastes as close to a beef burger as you can get with so much less fat and calories.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients. Don't over work the meat.
  • Divide and form into 4 patties.
  • Slap it on the grill for about 6 minutes each side.
  • Dress it how ever you please, like with light cheese, lettuce and grey poupon mustard.
  • Enjoy!
